Founders discussing their ventures together around a table

VHC Program

Is your venture’s system ready for capital?

A one-day, in-person diagnostic and investment readiness program covering four critical engines: Commercial, Operational, Financial, and Governance. Built by SDC and Vidaho to give ventures a clear, structured, and objective assessment of where they stand and what needs to improve before raising capital.

Why this exists

Capital is not the problem. Readiness is.

Every founder wants to raise. But most ventures have never had a structured check across all four engines that decide whether capital moves: Commercial, Operational, Financial, and Governance. VHC Program gives you that check in one day, with real diagnostic experts in the room.
